***NEW*** Cranberry-Brie-Chicken Pizza Pizzas Serves 4 Remember when I said I had "different" pizza recipes on this page? Well, by reading the title you know this is one of those. And I'm inputting it close to Thanksgiving so you'll find fresh cranberries in abundance. But I think chopped chicken and lumps of brie hiding under melted mozzarella shouldn't frighten anyone. 2 b. s. breast halves1 Tbsp vegetable oil1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust1 & 1/2 cups chunky cranberry sauce6 oz Brie cheese, chopped8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 400F. Chop chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Heat oil in medium skillet until hot, and add chicken; saute until browned and almost cooked through. Spread cranberry sauce over the crust, top with chicken & brie and cover with mozzarella. Bake at 400F for about 15 minutes. Done.
