Matteo and Emilio's Favorite Cheese-y Rice and Tofu Sticks

Matteo and Emilio, big, big fans of Tata oops!...I mean QuickEats Plus.com would like to share a healthy lunch that will be gobbled up almost as quickly as you can make it.
Ingredients:
cooked brown rice
shredded cheese (any style)
extra firm tofu
salt
Microwave the rice, stir in some cheese, too. Cool it and to "make it good!" :
Drain tofu. Slice the tofu into "sticks", place on plate.and microwave for 22 seconds. Drain off excess water and lightly salt.
Enjoy!
